2026年4月からの国際交流会館と学生寮入居者を募集します。入居を希望する方は、申請フォームから申し込んでください。

対象：岩手大学に在学中の外国人留学生(在留資格が「留学」の方)
申請締切：　2026年2月6日（金）　厳守
結果通知：　３月中旬（予定）

◆募集タイプ◆　
?国際交流会館（単身室）：23名
?国際交流会館（シェアユニットタイプ）：35名
?自啓寮（2人部屋?個室）：5室（10名）
?紅梅寮：3名

※国際交流会館、学生寮及びその敷地内は、禁煙?火気厳禁です。
※国際交流会館?学生寮（自啓寮?紅梅寮）は集団生活であるため、入居中はルールやマナーを守ることが必要です。

※国際交流会館では、寄宿料に加え、以下の料金が発生します。
　　?施設使用料（初回のみ?全員）：30,000円
　　?インターネット利用料（全員）　：6か月まで：11,000円、12か月まで：24,200円
　　?寝具レンタル料（希望者のみ）：6か月まで：7,700円、12か月まで：15,400円
なお、入居許可期間の途中で退居した場合でも、上記の料金は返金いたしません。一部返金（日割り計算など）もできません。

※自啓寮はすべて２人部屋ですが、個室を希望する場合は、２人部屋に１人入居となります。

※2026年3月で入居期間が切れる留学生で、引き続き入居を希望する場合は、改めて申請フォームから申し込みする必要があります。

《国際交流会館のメリット?デメリット》
〈メリット〉
?大学やスーパー、コンビニが近くにある。
?様々な国の留学生と一緒に過ごすことができる。
?寄宿料に電気、水道料金が含まれているため、民間アパートに比べて家賃が安い。
（ただし、一定量を超えた場合別途請求あり）
?管理人が月曜日から土曜日まで勤務しているため、安心して生活ができる。

〈デメリット〉
?部屋の壁が薄いため、隣の部屋の声が聞こえることがある。
?単身室のキッチンが狭く感じる人もいる。

Now International House and dormitories application for the Spring semester 2026 is open.

and apply by the application form below.

Qualification：Iwate University international students holding "student visa"
The application deadline is February 6th (Fri), 2026
The result notification: Middle of March (Subject to change)

◆Room types◆　
International House (Single room): 23people
International House (Shared unit): 35people
Dormitories
Jikei-ryo (Twin room/Single room): 5 rooms (10 people)
Kobai-ryo (Single): 3 people

*Smoking and fire are prohibited in the International House, dormitories and surrounding areas.
*Since the International House or the dormitories (Jikei and Kobai-ryo) are group living, residents need to follow the rules and manners during living there.

International House residents are required to pay the following fees in addition to the rent:
?Facility handling charge (One-time/ All residents) : ￥30,000
?Internet access fee (All residents): Up to 6 months: ￥11,000; Up to 12 months: ￥24,200
?Bedding set rental fee (only for those who wish to rent) : Up to 6 months: ￥7,700; Up to 12 months: ￥15,400
If you move out before the end of your approved period of residence, please note that these charge and fees cannot be refunded. This includes partial refunds.

*All rooms in the Jikei-ryo are twin rooms. If you request and receive a single room, you will be given the entire twin room.

*International students whose period of stay will expire in March 2026, please submit the application form if you would like to stay at International House or dormitories.

《Merits and Demerits of the International House》
〈Merits〉
?The International House is located on the University campus and supermarkets and a convenience store are nearby.
?You can stay with various international students.
?The boarding fee includes electricity, gas and water charges. It is also cheaper than other private apartments. (However, if you exceed the usage limit, there will be an additional charge.)
?A manager stays at the International House from Monday to Saturday to manage the facility and respond to residents' inquiries and requests

〈Demerits〉
?The room's walls are thin, so you may hear your neighbor's voice from the next room.
?Some students feel the kitchen in the single room is a little narrow.
