Developing Education Platform utilizing English ICT Contents - to generate local human resources with global perspective

About this Project

Our aim is to move beyond the traditional goal of "learning English" and instead foster graduates who can access information through English and apply that knowledge to solving societal challenges.

Through the ICT Platform Development Project, we provide user-friendly educational support tools for both faculty and students by creating and adapting English-language learning content that supports a wide range of educational needs across the university, regardless of academic discipline. These resources can be used as supplementary materials in the classroom or as self-study tools for students wishing to further develop their English proficiency.

The platform offers a rich variety of learning materials. Students can watch English language videos and answer comprehension questions, engage in extensive and speed-reading activities, and study with adapted versions of English lectures originally delivered by overseas universities, which have been modified to improve accessibility and ease of understanding.

The platform is built on Moodle, a widely used learning management system, and has been designed with an intuitive interface that is easy for beginners to navigate. Faculty members who would like to consult on, request, or collaborate in the creation or adaptation of educational content are encouraged to contact the Center for International Education.
